With 20+ years in Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Development, Deneen has led corporate initiatives that impacted over 250,000 employees, co-founded a groundbreaking Inclusion Council, and spearheaded the Women of Color Leadership Development Program.
She continues to create transformative experiences through speaking, coaching, and thought leadership, helping individuals and organizations embrace inclusion, empowerment, and the art of living a Dream Lifestyle™.

A bi-coastal art curator specializing in African American Visual Arts, Deneen promotes diversity and inclusion in the art world. She has collaborated with Sotheby’s, Hauser & Wirth, and leading curators in the U.S. and U.K. and is committed to inspiring 100 Black art collectors while supporting Detroit artists.
